Please backup your entire player folder before doing this just in case. I own two starbound characters: one Avian and one Novakid. I need to know how to make a new world for every character.

So we wanted you guys to get a taste of the kind of characters you can create in Starbound.

So Solatrus and Tramsan have been wonderful and whipped up a web based version of our character creator.

It’s not exactly the same as the one in game, all the options aren’t there (yet). But we’ll likely add to it over time.

Hitting create character will allow you to download your character as a png with a transparent background.

To access the character creator just sign up for a forum account and hit the create character button on the right side menu
