  • Note: You must have a Memory Card installed in your phone and have saved your photos on the Memory Card in order to transfer them to a computer
  • 1. Attach a USB cable to your phone and to a free USB port on your PC
  • 3. Tap Connected as a media device
  • 5. On your PC, select Open folder to view files
  • 7. Open the Camera folder
  • 8. Select the photos and videos you wish to transfer to your PC
  • 9. Drag the files into the desired location on your PC
  • 10. When the files have finished transferring, click Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media
