Mar 11, 2014 Seriously, leveling some alts now and I got stuck in combat at least 10 times (am I simply unlucky) despite the mobs being dead. Can't logout, can't exit the game normally. Just alt+f4 which I suppose isn't the best for the hard-drive/registry. Is it that hard to fix this? Or is there something I can do to exit game normally while in combat? Any help appreciated. Or is this simply caused. Solo players using those skills seems to not couse this bug. You dont necessary have to fight (deal or receive dmg) to be in combat. All it takes is a large group just to be near - for example - If I stay inside inner keep that is not even tagged and a ball group will take 1 resource - all of the sudden I am in combat. To avoid combat bug from happening: - Don't join big groups, preferably play solo. I know this is. for many people, but works fine for me since I usually am solo or duo. Finish all your fights. This is probably the most important one. If you hit any passerby you will be stuck in combat until that person dies.

You must kill what ever is aggroed to you for the combat bug to drop, in shadowfang keep those darn ghost ussualy do it if they get stuck in a doorway and can't move, like in blackfathom if you aggro a murlock while doing the jumps from platform to platform u must stop and go kill it or the whole dungeon you will have the bug. Besides the random disconnects and errors the latest problem I have is perma combat in isle of thunder, at all times. After 10-15 seconds of entering isle of thunder I just get combat and it doesn't go away. I tried repairing character, logging on a fresh copy of wow, it's just my char bugged somehow. Would appreciate some assistance.
