I've been playing around with with the Customizable UI Replacer (CUIR?). I like it a lot. Here are my observations and configuration:
Select Customizable UI Replacer Less Intrusive HUD SE (the first main file) and click on manual download and slow download (if you are not a premium member). When downloaded got to the folder where the file has been downloaded, cut the file Customizable UI Replacer Less Intrusive HUD SE-18398-2-2.rar and copy it to your NOLVUS.

Vulturees on Customizable UI Replacer With LIH you can move around your HUD to your own liking while in game, while SkyHUD provide the customization using it's own config on the mod folder. If you're looking for the oblivion hud like, you can arrange it yourself using LIH and use the preset from Customizable UI Replacer. User Interface; Customizable UI Replacer SE; Customizable UI Replacer SE. Replacer; User Interface; Skyrim Script Extender. Beyond Skyrim - Bruma SE: Needed for textures and game implementation. BodySlide and Outfit Studio: Needed for custom body support. This is optional: Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE-Needed for skin textures.

MCM Config:
A Matter of Time
-- Presets --> Load user settings --> Enter to accept --> then wait for the pop-up stating the presets have loaded

-- General Settings --> check Load personal preset (make sure is 'personal') --> Enter to agree --> Exit menus completely and wait for the preset to load
Widget Mod
-- Maintenance --> click Load User Settings? --> Wait until DO IT! has changed to DONE!
Customizable Ui Replacer Skyrim Secret
Notes:
1) Undiscovered Means Unknown for LIH overwrites CUIR's compass skin. You can have one or the other as far as I can tell. I think it looks good with the CUIR's dragonborn preset
2) CUIR and Undiscovered Means Unknown must be lower than Heads Up Display Merged in the left pane
Skyrim Dark Souls Ui
3) Do NOT put -- WM_WidgetMod.esp (Widget Mod - Ported for SSE) in the Heads Up Merge, it causes demons to spawn and create dozens of wild edits.
